I am offering 100m2 plots for a minimum of 3 years leases, you are free to build on the land with very few regulations, must be structurally safe and 3m from boundary line, water and electric can be connected at almost nothing above material costs, unlimited fibre optic wifi upto 150 mbit/s included in the price, also some basic starter materials included along with 3 months free accommodation while building.
650 euros a YEAR payable in advance. e.g. 3 year minimum lease = 1950 euros. additional plots will receive a discount of 25%.
I have found a place that i am very happy in and I would like to share it, there are cherry, apple and pear trees and the land and climate can grow just about everything, the cost of living here is about 300 euros a month which will cover food, bills and some eating out, building materials are cheap and i am more than happy to help with the build at no charge, a bottle of wine would be more than enough along with your finished dream build.
The rules for living here are simple, no killing stealing or being a total ass.
