Original farmhouse which can be a holiday house, but also for good for
permanent residence.

The house is a former farm and also has the layout. You enter in the
kitchen, then the living room on the left and a bedroom and bathroom
on the right. Small, but everything is there. That is why the house
can be a great holiday residence, but if you would like to live there
permanently, that is no problem either. Has an normal residence
status.

The plot is 1,500 m2 and there are many trees. Beautiful green oasis
and lots of peace. In the garden a (newly built) storage space.

Water and electricity are available. For drainage there is a septic
tank. The house is heated by a wood stove. Telephone and Internet are
no problem. Mobile phone only through Vodafone.

The house is located in a quiet street of the village of Ibafa. A
village in the southwest. Near the village is a large pond where you
can fish.

The village has a population of 200-250 people and it is located 18 km
from the town of Szigetvár where you can do all major shopping. Go to
a terrace or eat out and here you can also go to the (thermal) bath.
The large city of Pécs is a 30 minute by car away. Orfü is 20 km from
Ibafa. Known for the lakes and wonderful water fun here in the summer
months.

Great holiday home, but of course it can also be a permanent residence.
