I am selling my house and land at 600 meters of altitude, 2 km from the charming town of Canjáyar. The house is in good condition, no major repairs are needed. All documentation of the property is in order, i.e. the house is legal. It is a perfect place for ecological cultivation and also for those who would like to be self-sustainable. The land has been taken care of without the use of toxic agricultural products for at least 5 years, the trees have developed a high resistance against pests during this time.
