Old country house located in a quiet village in the mountains 110 km
away from Sofia, Bulgaria and 20 km away from ski track and spa
resorts. The house has two floors. The ground level holds the living
room with a kitchenette, basement, bathroom with toilet and another
premise used as storage. Over the solid internal staircase one can go
to the second floor where the corridor connects two bedrooms and a
closet. The attic space can be reached through an internal wooden
ladder beginning from the second floor. The house needs work mostly on
the outside where rendering and plastering are required. On the inside
there is some work that has to be done in the storage room and the
basement as well as some finishing in and around the bathroom. The
roof is in good condition and currently there are no leaks or any

pool, gazebo, flower patch, etc. The village is surrounded by
mountains and forest and the area is amazing. It also has a great
location as it is just 20 km away from two spa resorts and ski track.
These resorts are the nearest towns in the area and can be reached
within less than half an hour drive depending on the weather and the
traffic. There one can find big shops, restaurants, bars and
administrative services. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are
within less than two hours drive away from the property. Old rural
