Old rural house with spacious yard and quiet location situated in the
outskirts of a big village 25 km away from ski and spa resort in
Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of two
rooms which served as storage room and basement. Over the short
external staircase once can go to the second floor where corridor
connects three more rooms – big living room, kitchen and bedroom.

neighboring area as well as at the distant mountain range. The house

live here all year round while others use their houses as holiday
homes. The distance to Sofia International Airport is about 120 km so
depending on the traffic it takes about 80-90 minutes to reach the
